sQuid customer services have been very helpful today and this is always the case as far as I have found.
I’d just like to say that your Platform is very good, easy to use and works well for the kids. As a Fintech CEO myself, I fully appreciate how difficult it is to build such as platform and achieve market acceptance!
I was contacted to complete the survey so I hadn’t made a call but based on previous call (emails mainly) I have made, I have been satisfied with the response I’m very pleased that we use sQuid.
With regards to the start of this year i would like to compliment sQuid Pay on getting it right. The ability to be able to send out the register letters on administration day was a game changer. It made the start of the year much easier. It has been the first year in my last 5 that i haven't had mass problems and queries.

When I first joined our school they used excel to monitor dinner money and collected cash/cheques. It was awful! I’m very pleased that we use sQuid.
Gary has been a direct assistance in this issue caused by a third party, and his immediate response and help has been second to none. I thank him for his continued support.
The calls are always answered promptly and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They always manage to resolve any issues we might have. Sometimes they have to refer to a colleague but will always follow it up for us.

My son's school use this and when I recently wanted to change my email address, I made a new squid account but couldn't put my son's registration number on there (already in use in the old squid account). I was so frustrated but I emailed them and they emailed me back the same day. They changed my email address in my old account, and then deleted the new one I had made. All very straightforward. I think their customer service was very good. Thank you.

We became a cashless school a few years ago and find sQuid invaluable. We have issues with the system from time to time but these are generally resolved although at times (particularly the start of a new school year) can take a few weeks to sort out which can be frustrating not only for the school but also our parents. Parents seem to find sQuid easy to navigate and it means we have no missing payments and the system makes it easy to chase those parents who have not paid for offers. We utilise the system not only to receive payments but to gather consent information for trips, order uniform, to sign up for sporting events and clubs and to pay for wrap around care. It has saved a good deal of admin time recording payments as the system allows us to run reports. I would recommend sQuid to any school looking to become cashless.
Lorraine was absolutely fantastic. Fully explaining the process and the difficulty with transferral of data via Groupcall XOD. She went above and beyond to reassure me she was doing all she could to rectify the situation, something which was out of the control of sQuid. Thank you very much Lorraine. I didn't fill out a survey last year, but you helped me at a similar time last year with producing letters. Lorraine has also offered me some training so that I can independently 'run' the letters next year.
The team are quick to fulfill requests, providing the requested information. Very helpful.
Great customer service. The company is very supportive if we have any questions/queries. We have a dedicated representative (Lorraine) who is always willing to support whether it be by email, phone or a visit to our school in person.
